In order to enhance the prosecutor’s effectiveness, the meeting emphasised how crucial it is to deploy the digital system. Imposing the Punjab Integrated Public Prosecutor System was decided upon. Aiming to enhance the prosecutors’ performance, the “set of skills” was introduced in the interim.
A first information report’s (FIR) legal requirements need to be improved, according to CM Maryam.
