False propaganda against Punjab by Afzal Chan: Azma

PPP leader Nadeem Afzal Chan is “suffering from mental stress” and engaged in pointless negative propaganda against Punjab, according to Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari.

Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari responded to his claims that he had threatened him with prosecution under the PECA Act by claiming that Nadeem Afzal Chan was purposefully spreading false information against Punjab and had been under mental stress for the last several days.

Azma Bukhari stated that false propaganda is covered by the PECA Act and that she had provided the media with the facts about the unfounded rumor.

According to the Defamation Bill, Afzal Chan aims to prove this false information in court, according to the province information minister.
