FBR requests information about workers from intelligence agencies
Civil intelligence organisations have been assigned by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to get data about their personnel.
This is just one of the important actions the board has taken to assess each employee’s performance and compile reports on them. It is a result of initiatives to improve accountability and openness within the company.
According to sources, the intelligence service has started collecting data from FBR personnel’s workplaces and families. Employees in Grades 19, 20, and 21 are the main subject of this data collection, with a focus on evaluating their professional competence and financial honesty.
According to the sources, staff members will be divided into three groups: A, B, and C, when the information is collected. Those who fit into categories A and B will probably be posted in accordance with the reports that are produced from the data that is gathered.
People who fall into type C, however, might not be given significant duties and might even be fired.
According to the sources, the information gleaned from these performance reports will also play a role in determining future promotions within the FBR.
