Five terrorists were killed in a joint CTD and police operation in Mir Kalam Banda, Karak.

Five terrorists were killed as a consequence of a coordinated police and Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) operation in Mir Kalam Banda, Karak, according to police officials.

Authorities say the operation took place early in the morning after intelligence assessments indicated that there were terrorists in the region.

Police also reported that no CTD or police personnel were killed during the operation. The terrorists’ bodies have been moved to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for identification and additional examination.

To maintain peace and stability, security personnel have stepped up their efforts to combat terrorism in the area.
