For every hockey player, PM Shehbaz declares Rs. 1 million.

After their performance at the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup, the Pakistani hockey team was well-received on Sunday.

The national hockey team came to Lahore with a silver medal from their impressive performance in the Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament.

The HEC Director of Sports Javaid Memon, hockey Olympian Khawaja Junaid, former captain Akhtar Rasool, Shabaz Senior, and family members welcomed the national players at the Allama Iqbal International Airport. Rana Mashhood is the chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program.

In the prime minister’s stead, Rana Mashhood declared a reward of Rs. 1 million for every player. The national team would meet with the prime minister at Prime Minister House on May 15, he announced.

Japan defeated Pakistan in the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup final, a nail-biting confrontation.
