For PSL 9, Tabraiz Shamsi is replaced by Imran Tahir with the Karachi Kings.

In the current Pakistan Super League (PSL) 9, the Karachi Kings have selected Imran Tahir, a legendary cricket player from South Africa, to take Tabraiz Shamsi’s position.

Shamsi leaves the Kings after playing in the domestic CSA T20 Challenge. Shamsi was a member of the team for the first seven games.

Tabraiz Shamsi had the best bowling statistics of 2/42 and took three wickets at an average of 52.33 in his four games for the Kings.

Imran Tahir, a 2023 player for the Karachi Kings, joins the club in Islamabad and adds a plethora of expertise to strengthen the spin department.

For those who are unaware, after seven games and six points, the Kings are presently ranked fifth in the PSL 9.
