For their unwavering support, the Palestinian leader commends his “true friend” Pakistan.

According to Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash, the Supreme Judge of Palestine and Chief Advisor to the President of Palestine, Pakistan is a genuine and enduring partner of the Palestinian people.
Palestinians will never leave their homeland, he said, reinforcing their uncompromising position.
Dr. Al-Habbash referred to his visit to Pakistan as “historically significant” during a news conference with the imams of Ibrahimi and Al-Aqsa mosques, stating that it has further enhanced bilateral ties between the two countries and will have long-term effects.
Dr. Al-Habbash brought the president and prime minister of Pakistan certified letters from the Palestinian president. He spoke about the seriousness of Israeli aggression and the current state of affairs in Palestine in meetings with the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Speaker of the National Assembly, and other important individuals.
He emphasised that Zionist forces want total control of Palestinian territory, pointing out that millions of Palestinians have been forced from their homes and that more than 80% of mosques, churches, and other places of worship have been destroyed.
He stressed that the Palestinian people are steadfast in their beliefs and will not flee their country in spite of these horrors.
He claimed to have conveyed to Pakistan’s “great and brotherly nation” that the Palestinian people have friends on their side and are not alone. He urged Pakistani media outlets to promote the Palestinian cause.
Israel’s proposal to forcibly relocate Palestinians is denounced by Pakistan.
Dr. Al-Habbash called on the Muslim community at large, saying that $2 billion could be generated to meet the food, education, and medical needs of Palestinian children if just one dollar was donated by each of the two billion Muslims worldwide. He asked the Pakistani government to use a formal state conduit to deliver this aid.
Dr. Al-Habbash expressed gratitude to the Pakistani people and all political and religious groups, pointing out that despite internal divisions, they are united and have a clear position on Palestine.
He also disclosed that Palestine has been denied entry to a two-state solution conference by the United States, but he insisted that the Palestinian people’s voice cannot be hushed and would always be heard.
He thanked Pakistan’s president, prime minister, and army chief in closing, stating that his country’s steadfast stance on Palestine has never wavered. He reaffirmed that the Palestinian people are unwavering in their will and will eventually succeed.
