Gandapur said the federal government isn’t doing its job of paying for uplift activities in merging districts.

Ali Amin Gandapur, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, says that it is the federation’s job to pay for development projects in the amalgamated districts, but the federal government is not doing this.
The CM led a meeting on video link. The meeting talked about things that had to do with development projects that were part of the District Development Plan and the District Development Initiative. These programs included a thorough look at the financial and physical progress of the ongoing development projects at the district level, as well as other difficulties. Important decisions were made.
The CM was given information by the right people about different parts of the DDP and DDI initiatives. The CM told them to get the money they needed to finish the ongoing development initiatives under these programs as soon as possible.
The group also talked about things that have to do with the united districts’ rapid development program. It was resolved in principle at the meeting to give Rs12 billion to active projects under the AIP.
Ali Amin Gandapur said that people are having trouble because development work in the merged districts is taking too long to finish. Because citizens are having a hard time, the province administration is using its own money to pay for the development initiatives in the amalgamated districts.
He claimed that the difficulties are getting worse because the federal government isn’t giving development monies to the amalgamated districts. The provincial administration will work with the elected representatives of the amalgamated districts to come up with a plan to fix this problem.
Ali Amin Gandapur remarked that there will be no compromise on the openness, fairness, and quality of work in development initiatives. It’s not okay to put off finishing development initiatives for no reason.
