Google opens an AI Academy for startups in Pakistan.

With the launch of “AI Academy,” the Google Chrome Book initiative has achieved its first success. More initiatives of this kind are planned.

With the help of the Special Investment Facilitation Council, a new project in Pakistan aims to establish cross-border collaborations that will exchange cutting-edge ideas and resources to transform the field of artificial intelligence.

Additionally, by collaborating with these businesses, Pakistan will be able to establish itself as an Asia-Pacific “global hub” for AI development.

Syed Murad Ali Shah, the Chief Minister of Sindh, highlighted earlier this week the significance of young people adopting Information Technology (IT) in order to find work in the modern digital age, and he awarded 1,000 Google scholarships for students at ten public colleges.

“The broad variety of abilities and qualifications in the information technology field enable people to work from home,” CM Murad stated during a gathering prior to the signing of an agreement between Tech Valley and ten public colleges at CM House.

“In order to be independent and competitive in the global market, our youth and children must develop skills in e-marketing, AI, animation, web design, and other technologies,” CM Murad stated.

A briefing was given to CM Muad regarding the rollout of Google Chromebooks in Sindh’s schools. Tech Valley has introduced Google Chromebooks and held teacher training sessions in collaboration with the Education Department. Learning will be greatly improved by the Chromebooks, which are renowned for their lightweight construction, long battery life, and easy management.
