Imran and Bushra provide statements under Section 342 in the Toshakhana-II case.

Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and his wife, Bushra Bibi, presented their statements in the Toshakhana-II case under Section 342 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) before a special court.
Bushra Bibi asserted that she maintained the Bulgari jewelry set after remitting payment in compliance with the Toshakhana regulations. She stated that she never solicited Inamullah Shah for the undervaluation of the Bulgari jewelry set. Identifying as a non-political housewife, she asserted that she was being targeted exclusively because of her affiliation with Imran Khan.
She additionally indicated that the High Court had specified in its ruling that the FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) lacked the jurisdiction to investigate this issue. “One cannot be penalized repeatedly for the same transgression,” she asserted.
The PTI founder stated that since the FIA uncovered no evidence in the illegal funding case or the cipher case, they fabricated this case instead.
