In a different case, the PTI founder was arrested.

Arson, resisting law police, property destruction, and other similar offenses are reportedly among the charges in this case.

Additionally, the case against Imran Khan now includes anti-terrorism provisions.

According to a police spokesperson, PTI founder Imran Khan is being questioned by an investigative team headed by SSP Investigation. The suspect will appear in court tomorrow to request a physical remand.
This came about after Imran Khan was granted bail in the Toshakhana-II case on November 20.

Imran Khan, the former prime minister, was granted bail against two surety bonds totaling Rs 10 lacs each, and the Islamabad High Court (IHC) declared the decision and ordered his release.

PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi’s requests for acquittal in the Toshakhana-II case were denied on November 14.

Shah Rukh Arjumand, the Special Central Judge, declared the reserved verdict and denied the former prime minister’s and his wife’s acquittal arguments.

A different event was the FIA’s challenge to Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi’s bail in the Supreme Court’s Toshakhana-II case.
In their application, the FIA claimed that the granting of bail in the Islamabad High Court judge’s chamber was against Supreme Court rules. According to the FIA, Bushra Bibi and her husband, Imran Khan, were also implicated in the case.

Imran Khan and his spouse, Bushra Bibi, were arrested on July 13 in a new National Accountability Bureau (NAB) reference pertaining to Toshakhana, just hours after they were found not guilty in the Iddat case.

This occurred following the acceptance of appeals by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his spouse against their conviction in the Iddat case by the district and sessions court of Islamabad.
