In just three months, 287,000 Pakistanis visited Masjid-e-Nabwi and Roza-e-Rasool.

Over 287,000 pilgrims from Pakistan visited the mosque and the Roza-e-Rasool in the last three months, according to the management of Masjid-e-Nabwi.

Data from the first quarter of the Islamic year shows that Masjid-e-Nabwi received around 1.486 million pilgrims from all over the world during this time. The highest number of visitors, 449,696 during the current Umrah season, were Indonesian pilgrims. Pakistan came in second with 287,793 pilgrims, followed by India with 179,052, Iraq with 122,557, and Bangladesh with 76,940.

Comprehensive plans are in place to guarantee the pilgrims’ safety and well-being, the management said. The purpose of these steps is to make it easier for worshippers to carry out their religious obligations with devotion and ease.
