In the Karachi airport blast case, a second FIR has been filed.

The attack near Jinnah International Airport last month claimed the lives of two Chinese nationals and injured a number of others, according to the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.

Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) registration was made for the second instance.

On behalf of Airport SHO Musa Kaleem, the FIR was filed, identifying the attack’s architect as a senior leader of the outlawed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).

As evidence of the seriousness of the incident and the ongoing investigation, charges include murder, attempted murder, use of explosives, and funding of terrorism.

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of the Sindh police took prompt action in identifying the suspects and enablers in the attack on Chinese nationals, which was praised by Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hasan Lanjar earlier in November.

According to him, a bank employee named Bilal deposited Rs 7.1 million to a guy named Saeed’s bank account so that he could purchase the car needed for the attack in Karachi.

The vehicle may have been transported to Balochistan or any other location outside of Karachi for explosives after being taken from a Karachi showroom.

In order to evade detection, the minister said that the same car was moved back to Karachi for an attack together with explosives (white chemicals) weighing 30 to 40 kg and a woman named Gul-e-Nisa.

The minister claimed that over the phone, Javed told the assailant that Chinese nationals were leaving Karachi airport.

Fahad Shah, also known as Aftab, was the suicide attacker who was recognized by his fingerprint.

According to Lanjar, four people have been taken into custody thus far, and a search is being conducted for their collaborator, Danish.

In addition, he recommended that the team that dismantled the terrorist network be awarded a Pakistan Police Medal and offered them a prize of Rs. 5 million.
