Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company’s international sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure effective sales planning and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements with international clients/business partners
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and legal requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and international business practices.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend meetings, and conduct business negotiations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of international sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
