Judgment withheld on Sarim Burney’s bail application in the child trafficking case.
The local court in Karachi has postponed its decision about Sarim Burney’s bail application in connection with a child trafficking and forgery case.
The hearing for Sarim Burney’s bail application in his case occurred today.
At the hearing, Sarim Burney’s attorney notified the court that his client was apprehended at Karachi Airport upon his return from the United States.
The lawyer asserted that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) was employing dilatory strategies in the trial.
The investigating officer had not submitted the case challan after five months, he stated. The defense attorney revealed that the youngsters purportedly trafficked had resided in Karachi.
The defense attorney petitioned the court to exonerate Sarim Burney, asserting that he merited release.
Consequently, the court deferred the ruling on Sarim Burney’s bail application in the child trafficking and forgery case.
