Justice Ameenuddin Khan is leading a seven-member constitutional panel that is considering the case pertaining to civilian trials in military courts. Jamal Mandokhail, Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Musarat Hilali, Naeem Akhtar Afghan, and Shahid Bilal Hassan are among the justices on the bench.
