Karachi: The temperature jumps to 35°C with a suspended sea wind.

KARACHI: The high humidity ratio has caused the temperature to feel like 37 degrees Celsius, even though the sea breeze has stopped blowing and the mercury has risen to 35 degrees Celsius.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast an increase in temperature in Karachi, with a maximum projected to reach around 38 degrees Celsius on Tuesday (tomorrow).

The Met Office has predicted that the city’s maximum temperature would be between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius today.

The PMD’s Early Warning Center had earlier warned that the city will begin to feel the effects of northwest Balochistani desert winds on Monday, which will raise the city’s maximum temperature.

Higher humidity might make it feel hotter than it actually is.

The city is predicted to see partly overcast weather today with highs of 33 to 35 degrees. Due to low-lying clouds and strong sea breezes, the weather has been mild lately.

It’s predicted to be scorching to extremely hot and dry in other parts of Sindh.

Every year, October used to be a hot and muggy month until early November or the middle of the month, when the weather turned cool.
