Karachi’s weather is predicted to stay hot and muggy with evening precipitation.
Due to the high ratio of humidity (81 percent) in the air, the sea breeze has been suspended and the temperature feels like 43 degrees Celsius.
It’s possible for today’s maximum temperatures to reach 36 or 38.
This evening or tonight, the city may get moderate rains, although today’s sea breezes are expected to return. As per the weather department, the wind speed has the potential to reach up to 20 to 30 km per hour.
There was medium-to-light rainfall in several parts of the city yesterday.
There was a lot of rain in Quaidabad, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Shah Faisal Colony, Landhi, Safoora Chowrangi, Korangi, Karachi’s Scheme-33, and Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
It also rained in the Old City region, Shara-e-Faisal, Airport, Malir, Baldia Town, Shershah, Hub River Road, Metroville, Manghopir, and other places. North Karachi, Surjani Town, and Clifton were all experiencing drizzles.
At the former airport, Star Gate, Malir Halt, Hassan Square, and Shara-e-Faisal, rainwater was collected.
