KP government approves police monthly uniform allowance at Rs700.

Policemen now receive a monthly uniform payment of Rs700 sanctioned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.

Under this ruling, the stipend will go to 123845 police personnel comprising constables, head constables, ASIs and sub-inspectors.

The approval came through during the February 28 provincial cabinet meeting.

Under this program, every officer would get Rs8,400 yearly, which will let them buy uniforms as necessary.

The projects seek to enable police staff members and give them more freedom in uniform procurement.
