Lahore Police dispute PU claims, confirm murder took place inside campus

Two attackers killed victim student Rana Ammar by shooting her. Both individuals who took part in the shooting were university students.

The killing took place on university property, next to the sports gym. According to the police, Ammar was shot in the leg and chest.

Suspects Students studying gender studies were represented by Dilawar and botany by Huzefa.

Ammar and both had a prior fight a few days before the occurrence.

The police are investigating the reasons behind the fight, and Dilawar, one of the suspects, reportedly took Ammar to the hospital after the shooting.

Police authorities have recorded Dilawar’s statement and are planning to apprehend Huzefa shortly.
