Mohsin Naqvi reviews the interchange developments at Serena Chowk and F-8.
Mohsin Naqvi, the federal minister of interior, visited the Serena Chowk Interchange and F-8 Exchange Chowk Interchange projects to assess the status of the development.
Naqvi evaluated the status of both megaprojects’ construction while he was there and watched the work being done on the flyovers and underpasses. Additionally, he met with the employees on the job site, gave them encouragement, and applauded their achievements.
Naqvi praised the Islamabad government and contractor for finishing the underpass in just forty-three days.
He called on all employees, contractors, and the CDA to continue to be as dedicated and enthusiastic.
In an interview with the media, Naqvi stated that the whole interchange will be inaugurated on December 25 and that the underpass at F-8 Exchange Chowk will open for traffic in 2nd week of december
In just sixty days, the Serena Chowk Interchange will be finished and open during the first week of January.
The Minister emphasized that work on both projects must continue around the clock in order to be finished within the allotted period.
The goal, he continued, was to give the people of Islamabad access to top-notch facilities, and the completion of these projects would greatly enhance the city’s traffic flow.
The Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad, senior CDA officials, and contractors were also present during the visit, and CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa gave the Minister an update on the status of both projects.
