More than 200 individuals were helicoptered out of Kurram and into Peshawar.

The district administration reports that the helicopter evacuation of residents from Kurram to Peshawar is still in progress.

More than 200 people have been safely moved so far, including patients, women, and children. Yesterday, three flights were run to help with the evacuation.

The administration also confirmed that the supply of medicines and food is continuing to support those in need.

As part of a peace agreement, the dismantling of bunkers is underway, with 22 bunkers already demolished in various areas of Kurram. The bunker removal operation will continue today.
