Negotiations were misconstrued by the government as a PTI weakness: Zartaj Gul
According to Zartaj Gul, a senior leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the government viewed the PTI’s openness to negotiations as a show of weakness.
Sahibzada Hamid Raza’s home was attacked, and Zartaj Gul claimed in a statement that this was an attack on the PTI’s negotiation committee.
“February 8 is coming up again,” she said, adding that it was on that day that the country as a whole rejected the May 9 story. In response to allegations of election tampering in the general elections scheduled for February 8, 2024, she also said that the PTI would mark the day as a “Black Day.”
She also claimed that the masses supported the PTI and promised to fight alongside Imran Khan, the party’s founder.
