On September 4, the Ruet body will gather for Rabiul Awwal moon sighting.

The gathering at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony will be facilitated by Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, the head of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.

Rabi-ul-Awwal’s moon sighting will also be the subject of zonal and district Ruet-e-Hilal committee meetings at their respective headquarters.

Attendees at the meeting will include members of the Central and Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, such as Pir Muhammad Mumtaz Ahmed Zia Nizami, Allama Sajjad Hussain Jawadi, Maulana Abu Bakar Siddiq, Maulana Abdul Salam Jalali, and Mufti Zameer Ahmed Sajid.

On the twelfth day of Rabiul Awwal, the Islamic lunar calendar’s third month, Muslims worldwide commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), also known as Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
