Orya Maqbool Jan has been arrested in Lahore.
According to the information provided, the FIA carried out a raid at Orya’s apartment in DHA phase 6, Lahore and apprehended him.
The FIA spokeswoman announced that the accused will be brought before the court to request his physical remand for his alleged offense.

The purpose of these penalties is to discourage persons from participating in hate speech activities, which have the potential to cause social disharmony, disputes, and tensions.
