Overcharging and unplanned power disruptions have to stop: Shah Nasir

A meeting regarding the electricity load shedding has also taken place, according to the energy minister of Sindh, who was speaking on the floor of the Sindh Assembly.
According to the minister, a meeting regarding the accusations made against K-electric would take place in Karachi on Friday.
Our actions are in accordance with protocol and we are supporting the people of the province. He said, “We were unable to seize control of the K-electric.”
“An unexpected load shedding is occurring in multiple areas, as agreed upon,” the minister stated. He stated that the chief minister has acknowledged the grievances of load shedding.
Energy Minister: “The power utility has guaranteed that load shedding won’t happen during exams.”
Prior to this, Muhammad Mazahir Amir of the MQM indicated that the areas seeing up to 85% bill recovery were experiencing electricity load shedding.
He appealed to the authorities to stop K-electric from taking power blackouts during exams.
