In Murree, tourists flocked to Mall Road, creating a carnival-like atmosphere. Authorities ensured strict security arrangements to manage the influx of visitors.
Gujranwala witnessed a spectacular fireworks show, with citizens dancing and chanting slogans in support of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Shazia Marri expressed hope for a prosperous and peaceful 2025. She urged citizens to work collectively for the nation’s progress and paid tribute to the martyrs.
President Zardari’s message on new year
