Participants in the ongoing protest in Lower Kurram want government support.

Residents of Mandori are still staging a sit-in protest, calling for the government to provide them with immediate aid for their losses.

Despite the fact that no aid has been sent thus far, protesters say their homes and marketplaces have been devastated. The protesters declared, “Our legitimate demands must be met.”

Additionally, the protesters are demanding Malik Saifullah Haji Syed Rehman Mengal’s release.

District administration representatives have arrived at the scene to negotiate with the demonstrators. The community is still waiting for official action; therefore, the situation is still tense.
