PM Shehbaz and President Zardari congratulate China on its 76th National Day.

On the occasion of China’s 76th National Day, which honors the country’s founding in 1949, President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday sent his warmest and most sincere congratulations to the Chinese government and people.

“The people of Pakistan join their Chinese brothers and sisters in celebrating this important occasion,” President Zardari wrote in a greeting. He characterized the occasion as evidence of China’s extraordinary path toward development, unification, and national prosperity.

He praised President Xi Jinping’s visionary leadership, attributing it to China’s breakthroughs in innovation, international engagement, and sustainable development.

“The world continues to be inspired by President Xi’s dedication to people-centric governance, shared prosperity, and the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind,” the statement added.

The president emphasized how the connection between China and Pakistan is growing stronger with time, calling it “time-tested” and “multifaceted.”

He emphasized the results of his most recent trips to China, where both nations reaffirmed their shared commitment to strategic security cooperation, infrastructure development, and trade expansion.

As the “bedrock of our enduring partnership,” President Zardari also stated a desire to strengthen people-to-people ties, especially in the areas of science, education, technology, and culture.

He wished President Xi Jinping more success and prosperity in the future. The customary phrase, “Long live the Pakistan-China friendship,” was reaffirmed by him as he stated, “May the friendship between Pakistan and China continue to flourish in the years to come.”

According to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan is proud of its fraternal ties with China.

On behalf of the Pakistani government and people, the prime minister congratulated the Chinese leadership and people on the 76th National Day of the People’s Republic of China.

The prime minister added in his message that he prays for the success, prosperity, and advancement of the Chinese people on this auspicious day. He noted that this day serves as a reminder of China’s incredible national journey as well as an acknowledgement of its contribution to world peace, stability, and development.

Under President Xi Jinping’s visionary leadership, China has accomplished developmental milestones that set a bright example for the rest of the world, Prime Minister Shehbaz lauded.

The connection between China and Pakistan is enduring and unshakable, and it has only gotten stronger over time. This partnership, which is founded on sincerity, sacrifice, and mutual trust, ensures peace, progress, and prosperity for next generations.

Additionally, Prime Minister Shehbaz emphasized his recent trip to China, describing it as extremely successful and constructive. The visit included the signing of billion-dollar investment deals at the Business-to-Business Conference and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit.

According to him, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, or CPEC, is the two nations’ most significant cooperative venture and is currently in its second phase. He reiterated Pakistan’s pride in its fraternal connections with China and expressed hope that the two countries will continue to grow their partnership.
