President Zardari departs for Turkmenistan today.

President Asif Ali Zardari will go for Turkmenistan today (Thursday) on a two-day official visit to attend an international summit in Ashgabat.

The International Forum entitled “Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development” will take place in Ashgabat on October 10-11, 2024, as stated in a press release from the Foreign Office.

President Zardari will emphasize the significance of peace, unity, and development for the region at the forum.

He is anticipated to conduct bilateral meetings with the Turkmen leadership during the Forum’s intermissions.

A multitude of global leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, are engaging in the meeting.
