Prime Minister Shehbaz denounces the Israeli bombing on Qatar.

Israeli forces’ illegal and horrific bombing of a residential neighborhood in Doha, which put the lives of innocent civilians in jeopardy, has been sharply denounced by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

Our sincere condolences and solidarity are with the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Qatari royal family, and the people of Qatar during this trying time, he said in a statement on X.

According to the prime minister, Israel’s attack is completely unwarranted and a flagrant affront to Qatar’s territorial integrity and sovereignty. According to him, this attack is a very risky provocation that could jeopardize the peace and stability of the region.

According to Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan is resolutely opposed to Israel’s aggression and supports the State of Qatar and the Palestinian people.

Israel expanded its military assault in the Middle East to encompass the Gulf state where the Palestinian organization has traditionally had its political stronghold on Tuesday when it started an attack on Hamas officials in Qatar.

As medics, police, and government cars encircled the area, the strike outside Doha’s Legtifya gas station sent black smoke plumes into the sky. The Emiri Guard of Qatar has been heavily guarding the surrounding residential compounds since the start of the Gaza conflict, and witnesses reported explosions resonating across the capital of Qatar.

The incident was condemned as “cowardly” and a “flagrant violation of international law” by Qatari authorities. There are concerns that the attack could be a devastating blow to ongoing efforts to stop the war in Gaza and secure the release of captives, as the nation has been a crucial mediator in truce talks alongside Egypt.
