PTI condemns the Toshakhana case’s “Kangaroo trial” ruling.

The ruling in the Toshakhana case has been dubbed a “complete destruction” of Pakistani law by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

The party said that Imran and Bushra had been put through another kangaroo trial in which they were not granted a right of defence in a post on its X account.

“It’s abhorrent how the law is being completely disregarded and mocked,” PTI stated.

The party said that, similar to the cypher case, the lawsuit will be dismissed by higher courts.
