PTI intends to repeal the controversial 26th constitutional amendment.
Barrister Saif, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, stated that the administration had undermined the constitution and incapacitated the Supreme Court by clandestine actions.

Barrister Saif cautioned that history will not absolve those who supported the contentious legislation. He commended PTI members who opposed the proposal, asserting that they merit the nation’s gratitude.
Saif urged the legal fraternity to collaborate with PTI to obstruct the controversial legislation and secure its definitive defeat.
