Punjab introduces ‘clinic on boat’ service for flood victims.

The Punjab government has established the “Clinics on Boats” program to give critical medical assistance to flood victims.
The program was initiated following orders issued by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is prioritising healthcare, particularly for women and children, in flood-affected areas’ relief camps.
A total of 986 “Clinics on Wheels” and medical aid camps have been built, with doctors on hand to address the health needs of pregnant women and children.
The dedicated rural ambulance service ensures that patients receive prompt transportation to healthcare facilities.
