Reiterating the government’s commitment to combating terrorism, Talal Chaudhry

Talal Chaudhry, Minister of State for the Interior, has stated that the government is steadfast in its will to carry out the National Action Plan in its entirety in order to eradicate terrorism from the nation.
He rejected any talks with the armed groups that have turned to violence against the government during a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday.
According to the minister, the military is dedicated to eliminating the threat of terrorism from the nation with the help of the people.
Additionally, he emphasised that 180 intelligence-based actions against terrorists are carried out every day.
Additionally, the PML-N leader criticised the PTI for promoting terrorism when it was in power.
He claimed that because the PTI brought and settled terrorists in the nation, terrorism is once again on the increase.
He added that there was no talk of starting a fresh operation during the National Security Committee meeting.
PTI’s failure to attend the National Security Committee meeting drew criticism from the minister.
During his term, he said, the PTI founder would not attend security meetings with the opposition.
He claimed that the country is currently suffering terrible losses as a result of their actions and that the idea of a new operation is a ploy to score political points.
