Shane Watson is being courted by PCB to become Pakistan’s head coach: reports
Shane Watson, a former Australian all-rounder, was being courted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to become the men’s head coach.
On Wednesday, sources said that PCB authorities had indicated that they would be open to selecting Watson to be the team’s head coach.
The final say in this matter would go to PCB Chairman Mohsin Raza Naqvi.
There is a chance that Watson may lead as the coach for the April home series against New Zealand, according to sources.
The head coach position remained unfilled after the contract of former all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez expired.
