Shibli Faraz, the head of the PTI, has been granted protective bail by the Peshawar High Court till January 16.

Justices Sahibzada Asadullah and Waqar Ahmad made up the two-member bench that heard Shibli Faraz’s appeal for information about the cases that were brought against him.

Senator Shibli Faraz had asked the court for information about the cases that were brought against him, according to the petitioner’s attorney.

The court ordered the federal government and pertinent authorities to produce a report outlining the cases filed against the petitioner, and it granted Shibli Faraz protective bail until January 16.
