South Waziristan is under a one-day curfew.

On Wednesday, South Waziristan Upper was placed under a curfew, which limits all movement for the duration of the day.

The Dupty Commissioner has announced that two main thoroughfares would be restricted to traffic from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The roads from Nawaz Kot to Razmak and Asman Manza top Ladha and Makeen will not be open.

To reduce inconvenience, travelers have been encouraged to choose an alternate route.
