Supreme Court has removed military court trial matter off the docket.

The case concerning military court proceedings has been removed from the Supreme Court’s list of cases.

The notice that was provided by the Registrar’s Office stated that the cases that were slated to have hearings on January 20 and 21 had been removed from the list.

According to the notice, the case that was being heard in the military court was removed from the list of cases because the larger bench of seven members was unavailable.
