Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our talent acquisition process by handling the influx of candidates, from identifying potential hires to scheduling their interviews with the hiring managers.

Talent Acquisition Specialist’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ultimately play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.

TALENT ACQUISITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting basic screening interviews on incoming resumes and application forms over the phone or in person.
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, and other recruiting websites like indeed, and LinkedIn.
Going above and beyond to Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels like social media.
