Ten terrorists eliminated, seven soldiers martyred in Lower Dir intelligence-based operation.

Security forces neutralized 10 militants sponsored by India during an operation in Lower Dir, resulting in the martyrdom of seven servicemen.

The ISPR announced that security forces executed an operation in the Lal Qila region of Lower Dir following intelligence indications regarding the presence of Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists.

The ISPR reported that ten terrorists were eliminated in a violent confrontation, while seven valiant soldiers lost their lives for the nation during the operation.

The ISPR announced that the fallen soldiers comprised Naik Abdul Jaleel, Naik Gul Jan, Lance Naik Azmatullah, Sepoy Abdul Malik, Sepoy Muhammad Amjad, Sepoy Muhammad Dawood, and Sepoy Fazal Qayyum.

The fallen troops gave their lives while trying to save citizens taken hostage by the Kharijites.

The ISPR verified, based on information, the direct participation of Afghan nationals in these egregious acts.

The ISPR moreover asserted that Pakistan anticipates the interim Afghan government to execute its obligations and expresses hope that the Afghan government will refrain from permitting its territory to be utilized for actions against the neighboring country.
