The court affirms the non-bailable arrest warrants for CM Gandapur in the audio leaks case.

The District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad on Tuesday affirmed the non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in relation to the audio leaks case.

The hearing for the audio leaks case involving Ali Amin Gandapur occurred in the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad. The Chief Minister’s attorney, Raja Zahoor Hasan Advocate, attended court, while co-defendant Asad Farooq was also there and recorded his attendance.

The court upheld the previously issued non-bailable arrest warrant owing to CM Gandapur’s persistent absence.

The hearing was suspended without proceedings because Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar assumed the role of Sessions Judge, and another judge had not been transferred to the pertinent court.

The court has set the subsequent hearing for April 18.

A case has been filed against Ali Amin Gandapur and Asad Farooq at the Golra Police Station.
