The discussion process is at a standstill due to PTI’s juvenile politics: Musadik

Dr. Musadik Malik, the Federal Minister for Petroleum, stated on Wednesday that the conversation process has reached a standstill due to the PTI leaders’ infantile politics and obstinate behaviour.

Speaking to a private television channel, he said that the PTI was to blame for the breakdown of negotiations with the government.

We have often offered to hold talks with PTI members, but they have consistently cancelled because of their careless actions, he said.

In response to a query concerning the charter of demands, he stated that the founder and the workers’ release had been a demand of the PTI members of the committee. PTI, he claimed, had employed the individuals to run the campaign against the interests of the Republic.

“The PTI had the option to resolve political issues through dialogue,” he remarked.

“We have expressed our concerns to PTI provincial leaders regarding corruption scandals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as irregularities in various KP departments,” he said.
