The government’s illegitimacy is demonstrated by its refusal to form a judicial commission: Barrister Dr. Saif
According to Barrister Dr. Saif, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Adviser on Information, the government’s failure to establish a judicial commission demonstrated their lack of legitimacy and authority.
After the PTI put its demands in paper, the administration is now trying to flee, said Barrister Saif in a statement.
The administration, he claimed, was drafting new legislation that would eliminate the opposition, media, and judiciary.
Additionally, he claimed that Parliament has been reduced to a rubber stamp and issued a warning that the opposition would be forced to demonstrate in the streets as a result of the government’s refusal to engage in conversation.
Dr. Saif further asserted that in order to create a political front against the KP government, the Prime Minister offered the KP Governor a house in Islamabad.
