The interim bail of Bushra Bibi, the founder of PTI, has been extended.

Bushra Bibi and the PTI founder, who are each charged in six and one instances, respectively, had their cases heard by the court, according to reports.

Khawaja Haris, the PTI founder’s attorney, contended that technical difficulties prevented Imran Khan’s video link hearing from taking place. A report on the matter was ordered by the court and submitted by the correctional administration.

Additionally, the court granted Bushra Bibi’s bail requests and prolonged her provisional release until September 19. The court was asked to give permanent bail to Bushra Bibi by her attorney, Khawaja Haris.

In addition to ordering the parties to appear in court on the next hearing date, the session court postponed the hearing on the bail petitions until later.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) was previously petitioned by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan to stop the May 9 cases from being transferred to military courts.

By way of Aziz Karamat Bhandari, his attorney, the PTI founder entered a plea. DG FIA, Secretary Home, IG Islamabad, IG Punjab, Secretary Law, Secretary Jails, and Secretary of State have all been appointed by the former prime minister.

He implored the court to refrain from assigning cases for military court proceedings starting on May 9.
