The interim bail of PTI leaders has been renewed in the Jinnah House attack case.

Judge Khalid Arshad oversaw the hearing and issued a definitive instruction to the police to conclude their investigation.

Aleema Khan, the sister of PTI’s founder, submitted a plea for exemption from attending the hearings. Asad Umar and Fawad Chaudhry also submitted similar requests.

The individuals that appeared in court included Umar Ayub, Zain Qureshi, Azam Swati, Musarrat Cheema, Jamshed Cheema, Farhat Abbas, and various other individuals.

Widespread confrontations erupted around Pakistan following the apprehension of Imran Khan, the ex-prime minister and founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, at the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The rallies took place in both remote and big towns as party members were highly disturbed following the detention of their chairman. Balochistan, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad called upon the armed forces to maintain peace and order.

The Army installations and the residence of the Corps Commander in Lahore, often referred to as Jinnah House, were targeted during a demonstration by individuals affiliated with the PTI party.
