The Islamabad court upholds the arrest warrant for Gandapur in the matter of arms and alcohol.

On Saturday, a district and sessions court in the federal capital confirmed the arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case involving the recovery of guns and alcohol.

Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti presided over the session, however Ali Amin Gandapur was not there.

The judge kept the arrest warrants and put the matter off until October 18.

The police in Bara Kahu have filed a case against Gandapur.
