The Israeli attack on the Gaza aid flotilla is described by Hafiz Naeem as “blatant terrorism.”

The Israeli military’s attack on the Global Sumud Flotilla en route to Gaza was sharply denounced by Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, the Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami, who called it “another blatant act of terrorism.”
“Famine, hunger, and Israeli atrocities are plaguing Gaza,” he stated in his statement, adding that nonviolent people from all over the world are trying to provide relief to the beleaguered Palestinian population.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman chastised the United States, which frequently presents itself as a messenger of peace, for permitting Israel to stop help and crucial commodities from accessing the Gaza Strip, while also highlighting the efforts of international organizations attempting to provide relief to Gaza.
The leader of Jamaat-e-Islami posed important queries regarding the global position on democracy, human rights, and international law, posing the question of whether this represents the actual ideals that superpowers consistently assert.
He questioned, “Is this what the world refers to as humanity, democracy, and international law?”
