The price of gold has decreased in Pakistan.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold decreased by Rs600 during the day and was valued at Rs226,900 per tola.
The price of a 10-gram gold decreased by Rs 515 and was sold at Rs 194,530. Meanwhile, the price of silver experienced a marginal decline of Rs 20 and was traded at Rs 2,580 per tola.
In addition, the price of gold declined by $5 and reached $2,170 per ounce in the global market.
Gold prices strengthened on Friday, but they are predicted to see their first weekly decline in four weeks. This is due to concerns that the Federal Reserve may delay interest rate cuts beyond June, following the release of data indicating a higher-than-anticipated increase in inflation.
