The Prime Minister advocates for collective endeavors to fortify Pakistan by 2025.

In his address on Tuesday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif urged the nation to join in their endeavors to construct a better and more resilient Pakistan by 2025.

In a press release from the Prime Minister’s office, he extended congratulations to the entire nation on the advent of the new year. I hope that the dawn of 2025 will bring the assurance of advancement and prosperity for our nation, Pakistan. He expressed a desire for the new year to serve as an opportunity to rectify both personal and collective errors from the previous year, enabling a fresh start and the pursuit of a promising future.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed hope that the economic, political, and law enforcement challenges confronting the world in 2024 would be surmounted via constructive advancements in the forthcoming year. He expressed the hope that the new year will mark the cessation of hunger, poverty, conflict, terrorism, crime, sectarianism, and the class divide globally, including in Pakistan.

He stated that 2024 was a year of significant accomplishments for the nation, noting, “Our economic indicators enhanced during 2024.” International financial institutions conveyed their faith in Pakistan. Investment deals of billions of rupees were made with allied nations, and initiatives for economic digitalization commenced.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that the government has officially initiated the National Economic Transformation Plan named “Udaan”Pakistan”—Pakistan’s Flight, which represents his administration’s pledge to enhance the economy, foster inclusive growth, and attain sustainable development.

“As we enter 2025 and put the economy on the path to self-reliance, today we commit to a stable, bright, and prosperous future,” PM Shehbaz said.

Prime Minister Shehbaz mandates the apprehension of all human traffickers within one week.

Shehbaz Sharif added that the year 2024 was the worst year for Israeli atrocities in Palestine, in which the Israeli occupation forces created stories of cruelty that had no precedent in recent history.

Similarly, he stated that the oppressed individuals in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir are victims of the cruelty inflicted by the Indian occupying forces.

“I hope that in 2025, Palestine and India’s illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir will be successful in their struggle for freedom,” he prayed.

In 2024, he said the brave security forces achieved success against terrorists. In this war against terrorism, the brave soldiers of the security forces sacrificed their lives, whose sacrifices the nation would remember forever, the prime minister added.

“I pray that 2025 will be a year of good fortune and immense happiness for our nation. Long live Pakistan!” the prime minister said.
